I’m Debra- professionally I am a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (receiving my degree from UCSF), a Reiki 1 Practitioner, Certified Weight Loss Hypnosis Specialist, and Holistic Nutritionist. I’m currently pursuing Rohun Mastery at Delphi University. I’m a mother of two, and partner of one. I have been in the weight loss world for the past fifteen years and am the CEO of my own weight loss clinic in Rocklin, California.

Mindfulness Meditation Group Starting
I meditate twice a day and have studied with Deepak Chopra and am currently in a Mindfulness Course with Tara Brach. Being mindful is a practice of awareness of negative emotions. Emotions like self doubt, shame, scarcity, guilt, fear or anger. These emotions can be result in self sabotage. Meditation is a platform for emotional shifts into self love and peace of mind.
What brings me back to my oneness with myself or wholeness is meditation. Meditation is simply breathing and connecting inside of your body. All of the answers are inside of us we simply forget how beautiful we are because of all the demands of this world and the busy lives we lead or the negative scripting that we were raised to believe as truth. Mediation is a gentle shift in energy that allows more focus, less distractions so that we can come from a place of personal power and love for ourselves and others.
The benefits are well documented. I will guide you into this practice every Sunday morning.
